Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions, city tour, lunches and coffee-breaks. Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received. In order to be more efficient please submit the certificate of the payment to the Congress Registration Desk, with the identification of the delegate(s).

  

Conference fees

Below are the registration fees which will apply for delegates, students and accompanying persons.

* Limited number and subject to approval by the organization. A certificate confirming student (graduation, master or PhD) status is required to enable registration.

** Minimum number of 20 participants

 

Full registration and student fees includes:

• City guide tour and welcome reception

• Colégio do Espírito Santo guide tour (Building venue. Limited number, registration on check-in is mandatory)

• Participation in the official Conference program and participant’s bag

• All lunches and mid-session coffee/refreshments breaks

 

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

• City guide tour and welcome reception

• Colégio do Espírito Santo guide tour (Building venue. Limited number, registration on check-in is mandatory)

• All lunches and mid-session coffee/refreshments breaks

 

Technical tour fee includes bus, coffee-breaks and lunch. You can find detailed information in Conference --> Technical Tours.

 

Pre and Post-symposium touristic tours:

Information on a large choice of additional cultural, entertainment and tourist programs is available in Conference  Social program.

 

Cancellation policy and replacements

Cancellations are only considered if the Conference secretariat is notified in writing. Please take in consideration the following rules:

• All refunds will be made after the AgEng2020 Conference.

• Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions;

- For cancellation received by May 1, 2020: Full registration fee will be refunded, but an administration fee of €60 will be charged.

- For cancellation received from May 2 and June 1, 2020: 50% of full registration fee will be refunded.

- For cancellation received after June 2, 2020: No refund will be provided.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to June 1, 2020 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing.

If you do not attend the symposium without any notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.

 

Conference badges

Participants are kindly requested to wear the Conference Badge at all times for identification and for security reasons. Conference badge will be required to access the lunch hall and coffee breaks.
